• By enrolling in the Neway Challenge Academy Cyber Security Club workshop, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• Learners assume full and complete responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or harm caused by their actions.

• The Neway Challenge Academy, its instructors, and affiliated organizations are NOT liable for:

○ Personal injuries or health issues resulting from participation
○ Damage to personal or third-party computer systems
○ Data loss or corruption
○ Legal consequences arising from misuse of taught techniques
○ Any financial losses or damages whatsoever

• All techniques taught in this workshop are for educational purposes only and must be used ethically and legally.

• Unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data is illegal and strictly prohibited.

• Participants agree to use all knowledge gained solely within authorized laboratory environments and legal frameworks.

• Any violation of local, state, or federal laws is the sole responsibility of the participant.

Participants must adhere to the following conduct rules:

• Treat instructors, peers, and club property with respect

• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to club systems or networks

• Do not share or distribute workshop materials without permission

• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from instructors

• Violations will result in immediate removal from the workshop

• Regular attendance is required. Participants should attend all weekly sessions.

• A minimum of 10 weeks attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion.

• Certificates are not guarantees of employment or competency; they serve as proof of workshop participation.

• All workshop materials, presentations, and tools are the property of the Neway Challenge Academy.

• Participants may use materials for personal educational purposes only.

• Redistribution or commercial use of workshop materials is prohibited without written consent.

• Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with workshop participation.

• By joining this workshop, you explicitly waive any and all claims against the Neway Challenge Academy, its instructors, staff, and affiliated organizations.

• The Neway Challenge Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

• Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
