1. Learner Responsibility & Liability
• All learners participate in the Neway Challenge Academy Cyber Security Club workshop at their own risk.
• Learners assume full responsibility for any damage, loss, or harm caused by their actions or misuse of techniques taught in this workshop.
• The club and its instructors are not liable for any personal injuries, data loss, system damage, or legal consequences resulting from participant activities.
• Learners must use all knowledge gained in this workshop ethically and legally. Any unauthorized access to systems or networks is strictly prohibited.
2. Data & Privacy
• Personal information collected during registration (name, email, contact details) will be used solely for workshop communication and administration.
• We do not share participant information with third parties without explicit consent.
• All data is stored securely and protected to the best of our ability.
3. Code of Conduct
• Learners agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all workshop activities.
• Use of hacking techniques outside authorized laboratory environments is forbidden and may result in legal action.
• Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
4. Certificates
• Certificates of completion are awarded to learners with a minimum of 10 weeks attendance.
• Certificates serve as proof of participation and completion of the workshop curriculum.
5. Changes to This Policy
• The club reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants via email or through the workshop platform.
